mixed feelings about this hotel
security door steep stairs
the location proved convenient. payable parking was available right across the street.
the front security door did not lock. narrow, steep stairs made it difficult to reach the rooms. the door to my room needed significant force to open even with new carpet, a wrestler would be needed for that.

a good stay close to the cruise terminal
clean room comfy bed convenient location useful extras
the room was very clean and tidy. i found the bed comfy, which ensured a good night's sleep (a rare treat for me!). the location worked well, as it was close to local pubs and other attractions. i also appreciated the extras like the iron and shampoo.
i did notice the front access door seemed a little stuck and didn't shut perfectly, made me feel slightly unsecure.

an indian restaurant is right next door to the premises, so i easily enjoyed dinner and a beer there. various restaurants are nearby, within a short walk into the main area.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i received good communication from management using whatsapp. self check-in and check-out were smooth processes.

the location is great, close to the cruise terminal. it's easy to find and very convenient for accessing local amenities. the central business district is only a 10-minute walk.

the room had nice amenities, including tea and coffee. towels were provided. there was also a tv for entertainment. the bed itself was comfortable.

convenient location handy adapter
The location was convenient for accessing nearby dining options. I especially appreciated that the room included a useful USB-A adapter for charging my devices without needing a UK adapter. The room was also fairly quiet.

The location allowed me to easily walk to nearby restaurants. The room had free tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a kettle.
The front access door was a little stuck and didn't always shut completely. (It was a minor inconvenience though.)

clean room good extras
The room was very clean and I like the good size room. I like extras with iron and shampoo.
The access code don't work and it took a while to get a code to work. It was a bad situation.
